If you decide to drink the spice, for the best results, you should add about a teaspoon per glass. You should start with only one glass per day until you get used to cayenne pepper.
You should also make sure that you drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is great for your overall health, and it helps to keep your body from becoming accustomed to the cayenne pepper.
