How are cayenne peppers beneficial to overall health?
Cayenne peppers are considered a wonder herb for some people, because not only does it promote weight loss, it promotes overall health. If you add cayenne pepper to your diet, you are helping your body function more efficiently.

Cayenne pepper does the following:

  • Increased blood flow
  • Increased sex drive
  • Reduces ulcers & promotes healthy digestion
  • Help maintain healthy blood pressure.

How to add cayenne to your diet?
You can add cayenne pepper to your diet a few ways. You can cook with the pepper, but that will be hard to do everyday. You can buy capsules filled with the herb at your local store. This usually costs $10, and it can be found in your local pharmacy, Wal-Mart, even Amazon. I prefer organic varieties if you can find them. You can also buy cayenne pepper spice and drink it by adding it to your water, smoothie or protein shake.
How much should you use?
Everyday use half a teaspoon or one capsule. If you are not accustomed to spicy foods, it might be best if you opt for the capsule. If you take the capsule, you will need to take 1-3 pills a day. If you decide to drink the spice, for the best results, you should add about a teaspoon per glass. You should start with only one glass per day until you get used to cayenne pepper.
You should also make sure that you drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is great for your overall health, and it helps to keep your body from becoming accustomed to the cayenne pepper.
Some people refer to cayenne peppers as the best natural herb for weight loss. The benefits of adding the spicy herb to your diet do make a case for it being the best natural herb. However, that does not mean that herbs such as green tea are irrelevant. If you add cayenne pepper into a glass of green tea, that can have substantial weight loss benefits as well!!!!
Always consult your MD but also know not many seem to care about natural alternatives
