Healthy Popsicles


Looking for a way to get some healthy juices in your child? Here is the answer! 

Zoku Popsicle Molds The recipe possibilities are endless! Here is one of my favorites, it is great for the hot summer months or years round if you have someone who is not feeling well! 



1c coconut water
1/2 c coconut milk or almond
1 banana
Juice one lemon
2 T raw honey
1/2 t sea salt preferable Himalayan

Blend it all up and put it into the popsicle molds, freeze them up. This recipe will replenish electrolytes naturally without all the extra sugar and additives you will find in commercially made products.  
For kids under 2 we recommend raw sugar instead of honey if allergens are unknown!
